MTLC at CRC Stream Cleanup

MTLC members and their families attended the March 16th CRC stream cleanup event at Mt Alverno Road (one of several cleanup locations organized along Chester Creek). Dozens of volunteers showed up to help keep our community water clean. The Mt. Alverno volunteers alone filled over 46 bags (estimated weight 20lb / bag), carried out 4 tires, a wood burning stove, tarps, carpets, and lead acid batteries from the creek.

Chester Creek supplies on average 1,830,000 gallons per day of public drinking water.

MTLC is a donor to CRC. Cool new shirt!
